We want you happy with Twine. If it doesn't work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Request one by contacting Paddle from your order receipt, or email support@intellecy.com and we'll help.
Renewals are refundable under the same 14-day terms. Reactivation fees are non-refundable once a lapsed license has been restored.
