Twine — Intellecy Inc.

License

Your purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Twine on up to two (2) computers you own or control, for personal or commercial use. Twine remains usable indefinitely; your purchase additionally includes software updates and fixes for one (1) year from the purchase date.

Updates & renewals

After your update period ends, Twine continues to run, but you will not receive new versions until you renew. Renewing extends your update period by one year. There is no automatic billing and no obligation to renew. If your update period has lapsed for more than one year, renewing requires a one-time reactivation fee in addition to the renewal.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key; reverse-engineer or modify Twine; or circumvent license activation. Each license is limited to its activation count; deactivate a machine to free a seat for another.

Ownership

Twine and all intellectual property in it are owned by Intellecy. You are licensed to use the software; you do not acquire ownership of it.

Payment & tax

Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record, which handles payment and any applicable taxes.

Disclaimer

Twine is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific MIDI device, DAW, plug-in, or operating-system version.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellecy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss or issues with connected hardware or software, arising from use of Twine. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms, including unauthorized copying or distribution.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
